Layered Lighting Approach

Every residential project follows our three-layer methodology. Ambient lighting provides general illumination through cove lighting, recessed downlights, or pendant clusters. Task lighting targets kitchens, home offices, and reading nooks with focused beams at 3000K. Accent lighting highlights artwork, bookshelves, and architectural details using narrow-beam spotlights.

We typically specify warm-white colour temperatures between 2700K and 3000K for living areas, with the option to tune toward 4000K in bathrooms and utility spaces where clarity matters most.

Room-by-Room Expertise

• Living rooms: Dimmable pendant groups and wall washers create flexible evening atmospheres. Budget from €3,200 per room including fixtures.
• Kitchens: Under-cabinet LED strips combined with pendant islands deliver both prep lighting and dining ambience. From €2,800.
• Bedrooms: Indirect cove lighting and bedside reading sconces promote restful circadian rhythms. From €2,400.
• Bathrooms: IP44-rated mirror lighting and shower niches with integrated LED. From €1,900.

Smart Home Integration

Most of our residential clients opt for Lutron or GIRA dimming systems that allow scene programming — "Morning", "Dining", "Movie Night" — controlled via wall panels or smartphone apps. We provide full programming documentation and train you on scene adjustment during handover.

Smart integration packages start at €1,650 on top of the base lighting design fee and include gateway setup, scene creation, and one year of remote support.
