Selected Projects
Since 2014, Delim Fotoc has delivered lighting designs across Munich and Bavaria. Below is a selection of recent projects illustrating our range from intimate residential schemes to large commercial fit-outs.
Grünwald Family Residence
A 320 sqm contemporary villa received a whole-home lighting scheme with KNX-controlled scenes throughout. Cove lighting in the double-height entrance hall creates a warm welcome, while the kitchen combines Occhio Mito pendants with under-cabinet task lighting at 3000K.
Schwabing Art Gallery
This 180 sqm gallery space required flexible track lighting with CRI 97 LED modules for rotating exhibitions. We installed a DALI-controlled system allowing curators to adjust beam angles and intensity without calling an electrician.
Bogenhausen Penthouse
A top-floor apartment with floor-to-ceiling windows needed lighting that complemented Isar valley views without competing with the skyline. Indirect cove lighting and minimal recessed downlights preserve the panoramic outlook while providing comfortable evening illumination.
Maxvorstadt Law Office
600 sqm of open-plan and partner offices received EN 12464-compliant lighting with UGR 16 pendant luminaires. Meeting rooms feature tunable-white systems shifting from 4000K focus lighting to 2700K presentation modes.
Starnberg Lake Terrace
A lakeside terrace and garden path system using IP67 in-ground markers and weatherproof pendant clusters over the dining pergola. Astronomical timers adjust switching times automatically through the seasons.
