How We Work

Every Delim Fotoc project follows a structured five-step process designed to keep you informed and in control from first conversation through final handover. Typical residential projects take six to ten weeks; commercial fit-outs eight to fourteen weeks depending on scale.

Initial Consultation

We meet at your site or our Leopoldstraße studio to discuss your space, lifestyle, and budget. This 90-minute session is complimentary for projects above €6,000. You leave with a rough scope outline and indicative fee estimate.

Site Survey & Brief

Our designer measures the space, documents ceiling types, existing circuits, and natural light patterns. We prepare a written brief confirming scope, deliverables, timeline, and fixed design fee — typically due within two weeks of consultation.

Concept Design

You receive a lighting concept with mood references, preliminary fixture selections, and a layered plan showing ambient, task, and accent positions. One revision round is included; additional revisions are billed at €180 per hour.

Technical Specification

Approved concepts become detailed installation documents: circuit schedules, dimming specifications, product datasheets, and placement drawings scaled to your floor plan. These documents go directly to your electrician or our recommended contractor.

Installation Support & Handover

We attend a pre-installation meeting with your electrician and visit site during fitting to verify placement. Final handover includes scene programming, user training, and a maintenance guide. Optional annual review visits available at €320.
