Office Environments

We follow EN 12464-1 standards for indoor workplace lighting, targeting 500 lux at desk level with UGR values below 19 to minimise glare on screens. Our office schemes combine direct-indirect pendant luminaires with adjustable task lighting at individual workstations, creating flexibility for open-plan and cellular layouts.

Typical open-plan office projects for 400–800 sqm start at €8,900 for design and specification, with fixture supply managed through our trade partners at competitive project pricing.

Retail & Showroom

Retail lighting must balance general illumination with focused accent lighting on merchandise. We use track systems and adjustable spotlights with high CRI (90+) sources to render product colours accurately. Window display lighting and changing-room schemes are included in our retail packages.

Small boutique retail projects begin at €5,400; larger showroom fit-outs from €14,200 depending on ceiling complexity and control requirements.

Galleries & Cultural Spaces

Museum-grade lighting demands precise beam control, UV filtering, and flexible repositioning as exhibitions change. We specify professional track systems with dim-to-warm LED modules and provide lux-meter verification reports for loaned artwork compliance.

Gallery lighting design starts at €6,750 per exhibition space, including three layout options and installation supervision.

Energy Efficiency & Compliance

All commercial schemes prioritise LED technology with documented energy savings calculations. We prepare documentation for GEG (Gebäudeenergiegesetz) compliance and coordinate with TÜV inspectors where required for new commercial builds in Bavaria.
